We care about the safety of our customers and staff and would kindly ask that you do not come in if you have been in contact with anyone known to have COVID-19 or have high fever and experiencing flu-like symptoms.
For the safety of you and your kids we kindly ask that you do not leave your kid unattended. Kids under the age of 13 must be supervised all the time by an adult.
We kindly remind you that pets are not allowed during the services. For service dogs we will require to show the ID. Also we would like to remind that we have team members who have severe cynophobia (the fear of dogs)
Our Establishment has a right to refuse service to anyone:
Who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Who is behaving inappropriately with staff or can pose a threat to our business
Who has shown symptoms of COVID-19 or other highly contagious infections.
Late or no-show up policy:
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours prior. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled later than 12 hours will be charged 100%. If you are late for your appointment more than 15 minutes it will be considered as No-Show and you will be 100% charged for services that you booked. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS
